About the SHAPE Parenting Model Coaching Program

The SHAPE Parenting Model coaching program equips parents to discover and use their Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality and Experiences (SHAPE) to develop collaborative, relational parenting that unlocks a child’s potential.

Program Overview

SHAPE Parenting runs as a modular coaching program combining short workshops, interactive group coaching, and one-to-one mentoring. Parents will learn practical skills for connection, communication, talent discovery, and emotionally intelligent discipline.

  • Format: Workshops, peer groups, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Duration: 6–8 weeks (modular).
  • Outcomes: Stronger parent-child connection, clearer parenting strategy, and confident children.
