In our SHAPE Teens Mentorship session held at The Bible Way Ministries in Mtwapa, 10 teenagers explored how to face life’s challenges using the powerful 3L Framework—Letting Out, Letting Go, Letting In. Through engaging discussions, journaling, and guided reflections, mentees developed a growth mindset and discovered how to transform problems into opportunities for growth.
