Church Partnership — SHAPE Mentorship DCE Evaluation

Beyond Sasa CBO partners with churches to evaluate and strengthen Sunday School and Teen Ministry. Choose an area to evaluate and submit the DCE (Dream • Capacity • Execution) form so we can identify effectiveness and gaps.

Structure

We assess organizational systems: class schedules, age-grouping, teacher-to-student ratios, curriculum flow, and administrative support.

We evaluate the relational culture of the ministry: peer dynamics, mentorship, discipleship groups, and community-building activities.

We examine teaching depth, Bible application, mentorship relationships, and whether students are being equipped to live out their calling.
