Lesson 1: Trusting God When It’s Hard

Scripture: Exodus 16:2–3

When the Israelites were in the wilderness, they complained because they were hungry. They forgot that God had rescued them from Egypt and could take care of them again.

💭 What are some times you’ve complained instead of trusting God?

Lesson 2: Releasing Worry Through Prayer

Scripture: Exodus 16:4–5, Philippians 4:6

God told Moses He would send manna from heaven every day. The people just needed to trust Him and collect enough for each day. God still provides for us when we pray and thank Him instead of worrying.

🙏 What can you pray about today instead of worrying?

Lesson 3: Receiving God’s Daily Provision

Scripture: Exodus 16:6–13, 14–21, 35

Every morning, God sent manna to feed the Israelites. It showed them that He cares for every need—just like He cares for yours! We can receive His goodness each day by trusting His timing and provision.

🌅 How has God provided something you needed this week?
