🧠Feedback Reflection Exercise: Using the RDCS Strategy to Solve Real Problems
In this session (August 6, 2025), our mentees were introduced to the RDCS Strategy — a practical, four-step approach designed to help teenagers reflect, process, and actively respond to real-life challenges. RDCS stands for:
Step 2: Recognize Dissatisfaction. How I feel about the problem): These problems make me feel disappointed, and it also makes me feel lonely, because sometimes we cannot sleep or stay without eating.
Step 3: Tap Into Creativity: (Solution): I may decide to do some work in the village. I may fetch water for people in the village. Wash utensils for neighbours in order to get money to help my parents buy food.
